Time To Relax, Your Booking Has Been Received!
The pro’s at Eh! Maids will now work to find the best cleaner suited for your service. We want to make sure we match you with the best qualified cleaner we have available. Once a cleaner is chosen we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your upcoming service.
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking, providing there are no unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or poor traffic conditions. If we are late we will do our best to notify you ahead of time.
Because we reserve a time just for you, please make any schedule changes 48 hours prior to your service to avoid incurring a $45 cancellation fee.
If you are not completly satisfied with your service, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card 2 days prior to the service, but you are not charged until the service is complete and you receive an email invoice instantly. Please not that some banks show this hold as a charge but it is just a pre-authorization.
